EFFECT

A card is selected by a spectator. The card is returned to the deck, and a small bar is shown to the spectator.

There are four card pips on each side of the rod. The spectator touches the pip that matches the suite of the selected card.

The rod is shown to now have the same number of card pips as the spectators selected card.
